Effective in 2011, funding for this program has been terminated. At this point in time, state residents no longer receive benefits, nor are new applications being accepted.

We continue to maintain this webpage so that individuals who hear of the program can become aware of its suspension and are not required to extend further effort researching the program's requirements.
