The Wyoming Community Based In-Home Services Program is designed to allow seniors who are at risk for nursing home placement to remain living at home or the home of a caregiver and receive services and care at those locations. Services include: personal care, chore services, homemaker services, respite care and adult day care.
There are no income eligibility requirements, and clients are charged based on a sliding-fee scale. No one is refused services for inability to pay.
