The Wisconsin Alzheimer's Family & Caregiver Support Program provides families with supportive services such as respite care, adult day care, or support groups, provided the individual with Alzheimer’s resides at home. Participants can receive up to $4,000 worth of services annually.
To be eligible, the individual must be diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder. The income limit is $40,000. Depending on a family’s specific financial situation, they may be expected to contribute.
