Maryland Assisted Living Subsidy Program

The Maryland Assisted Living Subsidy Program offers financial assistance for eligible assisted living residents that reside in qualified assisted living facilities. The facility must have between 4 and 16 beds and be approved by the county.

To be eligible, seniors must live in assisted living, be 62+ years old and assessed as to having the need for assisted living. Monthly income limits are as approximately $2,521 for an individual or $3,296 for a couple. Asset limits are either $11,000 or $14,000.
